When buying food, it is important to keep an eye on GMO. This abbreviation stands for genetically modified foods, which are artificial and undesirable. These plants contain genes that come from bacteria and viruses to be sufficiently resistant to various pests and weeds. At the same time, however, they can have adverse effects not only on the environment but also on our health. To date, there are no studies to evaluate the long-term risks to the human body. However, it is already well known that they are definitely not good for health. The most common foods that are genetically modified include soy, oilseed colza and corn. We use ingredients that are GMO free, i.e. in accordance with the environment and human health.
